Always In His Presence

When teaching on accessing the presence of God through prayer and praise and worship, many have used the 3 stage approach of The Tabernacle of Moses. Starting at the Outer Court, moving through into the Holy Place and finally into the Most Holy Place.

As we shall see, this is an Old Covenant approach. We now live under the New Covenant. Under this covenant we are 'IN' the manifest presence of God 24/7.

Subsequently, wherever we are, in the car, at work or in the home, we can by faith realise His presence in our lives much quicker.

Grace Forgiveness

Do we forgive in order to be forgiven or forgive because we have been forgiven. The first is Old Covenant forgiveness, the latter, New Covenant forgiveness. The first will entangle us in a web of guilt, condemnation, bitterness and hopelessness, the latter will set us free.

It is up to us which one we will choose.

Shoulda Woulda Coulda

Shoulda-Woulda-Coulda is an American slang expression of regret, missed opportunities and mistakes.

All of us have such things in our lives. The difficulties come when past issues are still causing pain in our present lifestyle thus affecting the outcome of our future.

In this series we will see how Jesus not only forgave our past mistakes and failures, He also carried them away never to be brought back to remembrance. He's also promised not only to restore our broken past but to add to our lives more than what was lost, for, 'Where sin abounds, grace did much more abound' (Rom 5:20).
